Keiths Coffee Shop on Black Jack street Cirencester is seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves delivering excellent customer service in a welcoming environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will be confident, outgoing ,organised, efficient, and have experience as a Barista .Keiths operates in the hospitality sector with our busy times being at weekends, so working weekends is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
  • Take accurate orders and serve fo
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
  • Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times
  • Prepare simple food items and beverages, including barista-style coffee which is an essential skill you must have
  • Manage cash register transactions with basic maths skills for accurate billing
  • Assist with setting up tables and clearing after service
  • Handle customer enquiries politely and efficiently, resolving any issues professionally
  • Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
