CAFÉ TEAM MEMBER – 20–35 HOURS – DAYTIME ONLY

Boswells Café, Yate Shopping Centre

GREAT COFFEE. GREAT FOOD. GREAT PEOPLE.

We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic people with a big smile to join our team at Boswells Café in Gloucester.

Boswells is a family-run café business and we believe a great café is about more than just good coffee and food – it's about making people feel welcome.

While experience is great, personality and attitude matter even more to us.

If you enjoy meeting people, like being part of a busy team and aren't afraid to get stuck in, we'd love to hear from you.

YOUR HOURS

We have positions available for 20–35 hours per week.

Important – this is not a weekend-only position. You will need to be available to work during the week as well as at least one day at the weekend.

The good news? We're a daytime café, so no evening or late-night shifts!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

There's plenty of variety and we'll train you to work across the café.

  • Welcoming customers – a big smile goes a long way!
  • Taking orders and serving customers
  • Making great coffees and other drinks
  • Preparing and serving food
  • Keeping the café clean, tidy and looking its best
  • Helping your teammates when things get busy

No café experience? That's absolutely fine.

We'll provide the training. We're much more interested in finding people with the right attitude.
