Temporary Experienced Barista – Milton Keynes

Location: Milton Keynes (MK9)
Position: Barista
Contract: Temporary
Dates: 20th – 23rd July
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 3:00pm

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team for a temporary assignment in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee, delivers excellent customer service, and thrives in a busy café environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a range of high-quality hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks.
  • Operate commercial coffee machines and grinders safely and efficiently.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming experience for customers.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the coffee station and customer areas.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
  • Follow all food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures.
  • Work effectively as part of a team during busy service periods.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous barista experience is essential.
  • Confident using commercial coffee machines.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to all four shifts.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing consistently high-quality drinks.
