Overview

We're looking for a high-energy Barista to join our growing team at HATCH Coffee & Bakehouse.

If you love great coffee, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely enjoy making people's day, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Crafting consistently excellent coffee.
  • Delivering warm, genuine customer service with a smile.
  • Preparing and serving bakery items and sweet treats.
  • Keeping the shop clean, organised and well stocked.
  • Working efficiently during busy rushes.
  • Helping create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a naturally positive, can-do attitude.
  • Brings great energy every shift.
  • Loves talking to people and making connections.
  • Can work weekends.
  • Works well under pressure and stays calm during busy periods.
  • Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work.
  • Can work fast but efficient.
  • Has excellent attention to detail.
  • Enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
  • Previous barista experience is a bonus, but attitude and personality matter more than experience—we can teach the rest.
  • Needs to be able to start at 7am.
