WHO WE ARE

Belong Bar is a sophisticated but funky cocktail bar and restaurant . Voted 'Best Bar In Derby 2024/2025' we are known for our great cocktails and friendly service. To keep building on that reputation we are looking for an experienced cocktail creator/mixologists to become part of our close but growing bar team. We are proud to be one of the highest rated bars in the area on google with a 4.9 rating. To keep being the best, we need the best!

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven experience in producing high level cocktails, ideally in a busy bar/restaurant environment
  • Know your French martinis from your porn star martinis
  • Outgoing and a good communicator. We like to talk to our customers!
  • Punctual. It's important to be on time
  • Be fun, enthusiastic and have lots of energy
  • Able to work Saturdays, most Friday evenings and occasional mid week shifts

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Create cocktails to wow our guests
  • Follow our existing cocktail menu but have input into new cocktails to go on the menu
  • Handle customer payments
  • Help assist bar opening and closing
