What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and serve a range of high-quality cocktails and beverages to our guests with precision and flair.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the bar, always maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Handle cash and card transactions following company procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
• Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations and licensing laws.

About You:

• At least one year’s experience in a similar bartending or hospitality role.
• Passion for mixology and a strong knowledge of cocktails.
• Barista-trained (preferred but not essential).
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with guests.
• Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
• A commitment to upholding high standards in all aspects of the role.

We are looking for permanent and seasonal team bartenders.

Seasonal team members will be recruited ahead of the season but with flexible employment commencing dates between April, May or June 2026

Whilst permanent team members will be able to start immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
