Cocktail BartenderManchester City Centre

Are you passionate about exceptional cocktails, premium spirits, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences?

A highly anticipated new restaurant and bar is preparing to open in Manchester City Centre, and we're looking for talented Cocktail Bartenders to join the opening team. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a venue that combines outstanding food, world-class drinks, and genuine career progression within a rapidly expanding hospitality group.

Working with some of the industry's finest ingredients and products, you'll be supported by a Michelin-level Beverage Director who is shaping an innovative and exciting drinks programme that will set new standards in the city.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating and serving exceptional cocktails to the highest standards
  • Delivering engaging, knowledgeable, and memorable guest experiences
  • Developing a deep understanding of premium spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail techniques
  • Maintaining exceptional presentation and service standards throughout every shift
  • Supporting the opening and development of a brand-new venue
  • Contributing ideas and passion to an ambitious and creative bar team
  • Ensuring stock, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a quality-led bar, restaurant, or hotel
  • Strong cocktail knowledge and a passion for hospitality
  • A genuine interest in premium ingredients, drinks trends, and product knowledge
  • Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
  • High standards of professionalism and attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and desire to learn from some of the best operators in the industry
  • Experience in high-volume premium venues would be advantageous
