The Role
As a Bartender at The Addison, you'll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional drinks, genuine hospitality, and a vibrant atmosphere. As part of the opening team, you'll craft and serve a range of premium cocktails, wines, spirits, coffee, and other beverages while building connections with guests and contributing to the unique energy that makes The Addison one of London's most exciting new hospitality destinations.
This is a casual opportunity, offering shifts based on business needs, events and operational requirements.
The Responsibilities

Prepare and serve expertly crafted cocktails, premium beverages, and refreshments to consistently high quality and presentation standards.

Deliver engaging, knowledgeable, and personalised service, building rapport with guests and enhancing their overall experience.

Recommend drinks, pairings, and specials with confidence, using strong product knowledge to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Maintain an organised, well-stocked, and immaculate bar environment while adhering to all food safety, hygiene, licensing, and responsible alcohol service requirements.

Work collaboratively with front-of-house, kitchen, and management teams to deliver seamless service and uphold The Addison's exceptional hospitality standards.
