Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar & Restaurant Manager to lead our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for excellent service, and a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily restaurant activities, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high standards of food safety and service quality. Previous experience in restaurant management, supervising teams, and culinary operations is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading & motivating the front of house team
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Managing restaurant & bar operations during service
  • Training, coaching & developing team members
  • Organising staff rotas
  • Handling customer enquiries & resolving issues professionally
  • Managing restaurant & bookings diary including online
  • Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
