You will be working in the Building Services Operating Unit, based in London, where we are responsible for creating healthy workplaces, comfortable homes and efficient facilities that improve people’s lives. We are currently looking for a Stores Controller to be based at St Barts Hospital, London.


As the Stores Controller, you will:

  • Undertake stock control and inventory management
  • Receive and issue goods
  • Maintain the stores area ensuring it is clean, organised and compliant with health and safety standards
  • Utilise the company's stock control system, maintain accurate records and prepare reports on stock levels
  • Support the Facilities and Engineering teams to provide safe, efficient, and uninterrupted hospital operations


We are looking for:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
  • Basic IT skills and familiarity with inventory or stock control systems
  • Ability to lift and move materials in line with manual handling guidelines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record‑keeping
  • Knowledge of safe handling of tools, equipment, and (if applicable) hazardous materials
