***Due to this role involving the sale of alcohol, applicants must be over 18 years of age.***

Our Waiting staff are responsible for:

· Professionally greet every guest and represent Topgolf in a friendly and welcoming manner in every interaction and when taking or delivering the guests order.

· Engaging with our guests and making sure they are well cared for at all times.

· Ensuring the food and beverage orders are taken in a timely and professional manner.

· Take pride in serving our food and beverages according to Topgolf standards.

· Monitor the sale of alcohol, ensuring no under-age sales take place.

· Maintain the cleanliness in bay area and food & beverage area.

· Full compliance with Topgolf’s Health and Safety polices and procedures for our guests and other associates.

What we’re looking for:

· Experience in the leisure/restaurant sector.

· Experience as a waiting staff.

· Genuine desire to deliver first-class hospitality and passion about selling.

· Ability to work well under pressure.

· Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player.

· Strong communication, time management and organisational skills.
