Job Title: Café Assistant

We are a multi award-winning business, operating three unique and vibrant café locations: Waves Beach Kiosk, The Bagel Shop, and Arches Beach Café - all located in Sidmouth. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and so we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and creating a warm, welcoming environment for everyone who visits our sites. At the heart of this, is our wonderful crew and that's where you come in.

Role Overview:
We are looking for mature, responsible individuals to join our amazing team as permanent Café Assistants at our beautiful Lyme Regis store. While experience in a similar role is beneficial, it is not essential as we provide comprehensive training. What we value most is a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the café at all times.
  • Assist with stock management, including replenishing supplies.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
