Ella Harvey Aesthetics is entering an exciting new chapter and moving into a beautiful new 900 sq ft clinic in the heart of Guernsey this November, and we're looking for an experienced Beauty / Skin Therapist to join us.

We're looking for someone who started with a strong foundation in beauty and has developed a real passion for skin, advanced facials and results-driven treatments.

You don't need to arrive trained in everything we offer.

If you have the right foundations, experience and attitude, we'll invest in developing the rest.

The clinic

We're creating the kind of clinic I would have dreamed of working in as a therapist.

But this isn't about creating somewhere that simply looks good on Instagram.

We're building a team that genuinely cares about clients - combining an old-school, hands-on approach to service with advanced skin treatments, technology and professional skincare.

What you'll be doing

Your role will include advanced facial and skin treatments, detailed consultations, skin analysis, personalised treatment plans and professional skincare recommendations.

You'll also have the opportunity to continue developing your skills through ongoing training and exposure to new treatments and technologies.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualifications or equivalent
  • Strong experience working within beauty, skin or aesthetics
  • Experience with treatments such as chemical peels, microneedling and advanced facials
  • Confidence recommending professional skincare
  • Excellent consultation and client-care skills
  • A genuine passion for skin
  • High standards and pride in your work
  • An interest in continuing to learn and develop

Around 5+ years' industry experience would be ideal, but we're more interested in finding the right person than ticking every box.

You'll work 40 hours per week on a Monday–Saturday rota, meaning you'll have regular days off during the week as well as scheduled weekends.

You'll work closely with Ella Harvey, an award-winning Permanent Makeup Artist and Skin Specialist with 18 years' industry experience.

Ella has trained nationally and internationally and is passionate about bringing new techniques, technologies and education back to the clinic and sharing that knowledge with her team.
