Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional beauty treatments, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure clients leave feeling confident and satisfied. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your skills in a dynamic and welcoming environment, helping clients enhance their natural beauty through customised treatments. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating a relaxing experience while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, massage, lashes and makeup application
  • Provide personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with clients professionally and courteously
  • Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
  • Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services
  • Assist in retailing skincare and beauty products to clients where appropriate
  • Ensure all equipment is properly sterilised and maintained for optimal performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience and/or qualifications in various beauty treatments
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
  • Ability to work flexibly within a team environment while maintaining a professional demeanour
  • Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are upheld
  • A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent is preferred but not essential for entry-level candidates
  • Must be able to work well under pressure while delivering consistent quality service

This role is flexible either part time or full time, there will be growth opport abailable within the first 6 months for the right candiate. It is an enriching environment for those passionate about beauty therapy.
