Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional beauty treatments, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure clients leave feeling confident and satisfied. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where creativity and client care are highly valued. The successful applicant will be responsible for performing various beauty services, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including skincare, facials, waxing, gel manicures, gel pedicures and massage.
  • Offer personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual client needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide innovative services
  • Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to client requests and addressing concerns professionally

Experience

  • Prior experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role is essential; training will be provided for specific treatments.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and explain treatment procedures clearly
  • A friendly, professional manner with a genuine passion for helping clients feel their best
