Full Time Salary - £36,000 + OTE £80,000 with commission + bonus structure.

A leading luxury aesthetics clinic in London is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Therapist to join its growing team.

This position is full-time, however they would consider flexible, part-time (3-4 days a week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced treatments including HIFU, BBL/MOXI, RF microneedling, HydraFacial, and BTL technologies
  • Create personalised treatment plans and provide medical-grade skincare recommendations
  • Conduct consultations and guide clients through their full treatment journey
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Build strong client relationships to drive retention and results
  • Support clinic growth through treatment recommendations and client engagement

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Aesthetic Therapist
  • NVQ Level 3/4 (or equivalent in Beauty/Aesthetics)
  • Laser Core of Knowledge
  • Strong consultation and sales skills
  • Passion for skin health and delivering exceptional client result

Pay: From £36,000.00 per year
