Bell Cleaning Services is looking for a hardworking, reliable and motivated Specialist Cleaner to join our growing team.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be working alongside experienced colleagues carrying out specialist cleaning and environmental services for housing associations, commercial clients, local authorities and private customers.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist with a wide range of specialist cleaning services, including:

· Post-construction and builders' cleans

· Sparkle cleans

· Biohazard and bodily fluid cleaning

· Sharps and needle removal

· Hoarded property clearances

· Rubbish and waste removal

· Graffiti removal

· Carpet and upholstery cleaning

· Pressure washing and external cleaning

· Grounds maintenance and vegetation clearance

· Deep cleaning of residential and commercial properties

· Flood and fire damage cleaning (training provided where required)

Essential Requirements

· Full UK Driving Licence

· Valid CSCS Card

· Excellent timekeeping and reliability

· Physically fit and capable of manual handling and lifting

· Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

Occasional evening and weekend work required to meet customer requirements at a higher pay rate

Overtime available

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.50 per hour
