Full job description

Job Title: Thrive Early Family Adviser– Fixed-term until 31 March 2027 (with possibility of extension)

Location: Units 7 & 8 Craig Mitchell House, Flemington Road, Glenrothes, KY7 5QF

Post 1

Salary: £32,271 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week

Post 2

Salary: £25,816.80 per annum

Hours: 28 hours per week

Working alongside Home-Start and Save the Children UK, you will provide holistic advice and support to families with children under five who are experiencing poverty or financial hardship. You'll help families maximise income, access benefits and services, manage financial challenges, and build greater stability and wellbeing.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children and families across Fife while working as part of an innovative, multi-agency partnership.
