Berlitz UK, a renowned language school established in 1878, is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to join our London campus team. This role is focused on converting enquiries into enrolments, driving sales growth, and delivering a professional and consultative experience to prospective students.

You will be responsible for engaging with leads, understanding customer needs, and guiding them confidently through the decision-making process to enrol in the most suitable language programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert incoming enquiries into confirmed course enrolments through effective consultation and follow-up
• Engage with prospective students across phone, email, and online platforms in a professional manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Berlitz language programmes
• Maintain a strong conversion focus throughout the sales process
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and enrolment targets
• Manage and prioritise leads to maximise conversion opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes
• Support recruitment events, promotional activities, and open days when required

Requirements

• Experience in sales, student recruitment, or a customer-facing, target-driven role
• Experience within the education sector is required (language schools, colleges, universities, training providers, or educational consultancies)
• Strong proven ability to convert leads into sales or enrolments
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Confident working in a performance and target-driven environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience using CRM systems is preferred
