Joinery Installer / Cabinet Fitter

Prime Joinery Installations is looking for experienced joinery installers and cabinet fitters to join our team.

We are a London-based installation company working across Central London and the surrounding areas, with the potential of opportunities for overseas work also available.

We are looking for a skilled, reliable and professional installer with a minimum of 5 years’ industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Work independently or as part of a fitting team to complete high-quality joinery and cabinetry installations.

* Install bespoke wardrobes, cabinets, kitchens, furniture and fitted joinery to a high standard.

* Read and work accurately from drawings and specifications.

* Ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.

* Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.

* Use initiative and strong problem-solving skills to overcome installation challenges.

* Maintain a clean, safe and tidy workspace.

* Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability and excellent attention to detail.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years’ relevant industry experience.

* Proven experience fitting wardrobes, kitchens, cabinets and bespoke joinery.

* Strong carpentry, joinery and cabinet-fitting skills.

* CSCS Card required.

* Bench joinery experience would be highly advantageous.

* Ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

* A high level of professionalism, particularly when working with high-profile clients, where discretion, confidentiality and courtesy are highly valued

* High attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work.

* Reliable, punctual and willing to travel when required.

* Must be self-employed

* Must have a good level of English, both written and verbal.

Working Hours

* 8-hour on-site days are standard, with overtime also available depending on project requirements.
