About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bespoke Joinery Installation Manager to oversee the successful installation of high-end bespoke joinery within luxury residential properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in premium joinery, exceptional organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding craftsmanship and customer service.

The successful candidate will manage installation projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring all work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple bespoke joinery installation projects simultaneously.
  • Plan and coordinate installation programmes with clients, site managers, designers, and production teams.
  • Lead and supervise installation teams and subcontractors.
  • Conduct pre-installation site surveys and ensure site readiness.
  • Monitor installation quality and ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Resolve on-site issues efficiently while maintaining project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
  • Attend site meetings and provide regular project progress updates.
  • Manage snagging, final inspections, and project handovers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and principal contractors.
  • Monitor labour requirements, materials, and installation costs.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and installation records.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience managing bespoke joinery installations within the luxury residential sector.
  • Strong knowledge of high-end cabinetry, fitted furniture, architectural joinery, and interior finishes.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience managing installers and subcontractors.
  • Good understanding of construction health and safety regulations.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Desirable

  • Joinery or construction-related qualification.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
  • First Aid qualification.
  • Experience working alongside architects, interior designers, and private clients on luxury residential developments.
