Looking for a Motivational Manager for our semi Independnet home in Bury for young people aged 16 to 18 years- This is a non registered post

The role is working Monday to Friday with flexible working hours between 8am to 6 pm with 2 working from home days per month

There is an option to work a 4 day week

You will be part of an on call rota with other managers with an on call payment of Monday to Friday £20 per night Saturday and Sunday £50 per night

We are an Ofsted Registered provision and have a Registered Service manager in post

We are looking for a nurturing Manager that is able to create a warm and welcoming environment for our young people and staff

You will be responsible for day to day tasks in running a semi independent unit with Support from the service manager.

You will be responsible for supervising and directing staff and want the best possible outcomes for young people in our service

You must be proactive. Supportive and creative in how we delivery a service for our young people

To implement the supported accommodation regulations and standards

To support in Ofsted Inspections

To ensure staff have high expectations for our young people and ensure that they are fully consulted in the service they receive and their voices heard to change and improve our service

Responsible for Health and safety in the home

Support planning/Risk management and attending meetings

You will have good reporting and recording skills

Be able to identify safeguarding concerns and report accordingly and keep up to date with Training

Level 5 in leadership and management preferred but have a relevant Level 3 diploma

Must have 2 years experience in working with children and young people in a Senior role preferred

Pay: £17.00-£17.02 per hour
