Regional Sales Manager – Scotland

Field Based | Scotland

Pay: From £44,000.00 per year

The Company

BID Group have been providing service, repair and installation solutions for all types of industrial doors, loading bay equipment, high speed doors, automatic doors, gates, barriers and turnstiles across the country for over 40 years.

With depots located across the UK providing national coverage, and we are seeking individuals to help us grow and grow your career with us.

The Role / Candidate

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the growth of our business throughout Scotland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record of growing regional sales, developing customer relationships and winning new business. Industry-specific experience is not essential as full product training will be provided.

The successful candidate will inherit an established customer base while being expected to actively generate new opportunities and expand our market presence throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute a regional sales growth strategy.

· Generate new business opportunities across multiple sectors.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.

· Identify opportunities within existing accounts and maximise account potential.

· Manage the full sales process from prospecting through to order placement.

· Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting information.

· Work collaboratively with customers in selecting the correct products to meet their needs.

· Achieve and exceed agreed sales and profitability targets.

You will be fully supported by an experienced sales team and a knowledgeable technical service department, providing the support and expertise where required.

Hours Of Work: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (Field/Remote working)
