Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and company policies
• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to licensing regulations
• Handle payments efficiently
• Restock bar supplies as needed, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages
• Engage with guests to create a lively atmosphere while maintaining professionalism

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in bartending or serving roles, is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
• Excellent time management to ensure prompt service during busy periods
• Friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or shifts as required by the venue's operating hours
