We’re looking for an experienced baker to join the team at FORNO, our small but ambitious bakery known for quality and craft. This is a great opportunity to be part of a tight-knit, hands-on environment where your skills really matter. You’ll be working with high-quality ingredients and traditional methods, helping to produce everything from loaves to leavened doughs.
As part of a small team, your role will be varied and active. No factory lines here. We’re passionate about great baking, and we’re looking for someone who shares that energy.
You’ll need previous experience in a professional baking environment and a solid understanding of the full baking process, from mixing to shaping to baking.
While not essential, experience with sourdough and laminated doughs is a big plus.
We value people who are curious, reliable, and willing to get stuck in. Because we’re a small team, a collaborative mindset is essential—everyone helps out where needed, and we support each other to keep things running smoothly.
Punctuality and consistency are key, with shifts starting between 4 and 8:00am.
