The Role

We are looking for an experienced Bike Mechanic / Assembly Technician to join our busy Technical Department.

We’re looking for someone who is happy to jump between the workshop and the front desk. You’ll need to be solid on the spanners, but also comfortable chatting with customers and helping them out with technical questions. If you’ve got experience explaining repairs to people and don't mind balancing "greasy hands" work with a bit of customer support, we want to hear from you..

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone confident in their mechanical ability and comfortable working with quad bikes, dirt bikes, and electric scooters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble bikes, quads, and scooters from boxed components to a high standard
  • Carry out thorough pre-delivery inspections and quality control checks
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
  • Work collaboratively with the technical team to meet daily build and repair targets

What You’ll Need

  • At least 2 year of hands-on experience working with similar products (quad bikes, dirt bikes, scooters, or similar)
  • Confident talking with customers
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and practical workshop experience
  • Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs with minimal supervision
  • Good attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
  • Reliable, organised, and able to work effectively as part of a team
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach

A genuine interest in bikes and mechanical products remains important, but this role is best suited to someone who can already demonstrate relevant hands-on experience and confidence in a workshop environment.
