Are you fluent in Polish and English and looking to kick-start your career in a professional office environment? This is your opportunity to join a supportive team where your language skills are highly valued!

We're looking for a motivated and detail-focused Polish-speaking Administrator to join a growing team. No prior experience? No problem - we'll provide full training to set you up for success.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our team, you'll play a key role in keeping business operations running smoothly:

Transaction Processing
Handle high volumes of transactions accurately (e.g. invoices, data updates, document validation)

Customer Service
Respond to queries from customers, suppliers, and internal teams in a professional and timely manner

Compliance & Accuracy
Ensure all work follows company processes and meets quality standards - right first time!

Issue Escalation
Identify and raise any challenges or issues to your manager promptly

Continuous Improvement
