ABOUT THE ROLE
I am looking for a Part-time Support Worker to care for my young Son, who has a complex healthcare condition with epilepsy.

We are a family from Lithuania originally. As a family, we speak in English, but can and will speak in Lithuanian, Polish and Russian if English is not your first language.
Support workers need to be patient, caring, understanding of his needs and motivated to be interactive with him; he enjoys sensory stimulation with lights, sound and touch. He enjoys his support workers singing and talking to him, reading books and supporting him to play with sensory toys.
You must also be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity, promoting my Son’s independence and respecting him at all times.
