Your role

Financial Billing Lead

We are seeking a meticulous and initiative-taking Financial Billing Lead to join our finance team at our specialist private oncology centre. The Financial Billing Lead UK is responsible for the end-to-end leadership, performance, and continuous improvement of the UK billing function. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant billing across all payor types while leading system implementation, process standardisation, documentation, and training across the country.

Location: Based in Reading with 1 day per week at our Corsham Site and regular travel to our UK wide Cancer Centres

Benefits
  • Annual Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
  • Annual leave of 25 days + bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 3 years' service)
  • Pension: You will be auto-enrolled from day 1 at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%). You can also opt to increase your contribution to 6% to which the employer will also contribute 6%.
