Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting medical professionals, providing excellent patient care, and ensuring the smooth operation of clinical activities. Duties
- Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures
- Prepare examination rooms by ensuring cleanliness and stock of necessary supplies
- Take and record patient vital signs accurately
- Manage patient documentation and update medical records using IT systems
- Provide clear communication to patients regarding procedures and post-care instructions
- Schedule appointments and follow-up visits, ensuring efficient clinic flow
- Support administrative tasks such as answering queries and organising patient files
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for clear documentation and patient communication
