Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting medical professionals, providing excellent patient care, and ensuring the smooth operation of clinical activities. Duties

  • Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures
  • Prepare examination rooms by ensuring cleanliness and stock of necessary supplies
  • Take and record patient vital signs accurately
  • Manage patient documentation and update medical records using IT systems
  • Provide clear communication to patients regarding procedures and post-care instructions
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up visits, ensuring efficient clinic flow
  • Support administrative tasks such as answering queries and organising patient files
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
