• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at various levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
• Flexibility to work across different client environments and geographies

Nice-to-have experience could include:

• Exposure to change management or transformation programmes
• Experience in financial services, technology, engineering or life sciences sectors
• Familiarity with agile or structured project methodologies
• Professional certifications in business analysis or project management
