What will be expected of me as a Consultant?

Key Responsibilities

Delivery

• Support the delivery of client engagements and high-quality outputs.
• Contribute to day-to-day client and project management.
• Support the delivery of client workshops, meetings and presentations.
• Collecting, analysing and interpreting data to identify trends, draw out insights and support evidence-based recommendations for clients.

Client Engagement

• Lead discrete pieces of work, proactively managing stakeholder expectations.
• Build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop a strong understanding of client needs and priorities.

Knowledge and Innovation

• Apply technical, functional and sector knowledge to support project delivery.
• Proactively build expertise across the health, care and digital sectors.
• Develop strong core consulting skills, supported by the wider Channel 3 team.
• Contribute ideas and insights to support innovation and continuous improvement.

Youll likely have experience in consulting, transformation, digital delivery or a related client-facing environment, with an interest in digital health, local government or technology-enabled solutions. Youll enjoy tackling complex challenges, collaborating with others and turning ideas into practical solutions. Whether youre starting your career or bringing experience from health, care, local government, digital, technology or another relevant field, wed love to hear from you.

Travel requirements

Reimbursable frequent travel to client site and London office will be required.
