- Work independently and alongside colleagues to ensure service visits and projects are completed successfully.
- Represent the company professionally while working at customer locations.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Able to understand and follow technical procedures and established working practices.
- Professional, approachable and presentable.
- Able to work independently and manage responsibilities while travelling.
- Flexible and willing to travel extensively throughout the UK.
- Comfortable with regular overnight stays away from home, normally Monday to Thursday when required.
- Physically fit and able to carry out occasional heavy lifting.
- Full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
- Must be at least 21 years old due to company vehicle insurance requirements.
Benefits
- Starting salary of £33,000 per year.
- Salary increase following successful completion of all required training, achievement of the relevant qualifications and confirmation that the employee is competent to work independently.
- Further salary progression based on experience, performance and promotion within the company.
- 20 days’ annual leave, increasing with length of service to a maximum of 25 days, plus bank holidays.

- Full specialist training and ongoing professional development.
- Company vehicle provided following successful completion of training.
