Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Product Specialist supporting the Upper Endoscopy portfolio across Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex.

Working closely with surgeons and clinical teams, you will provide product support and clinical expertise across ENT, Maxillofacial, Thoracic and Neurosurgery procedures. This role offers a structured development pathway, with successful candidates progressing to Product Specialist following completion of the company's industry-leading training programme (typically within 12 months).

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and technical support during surgical procedures.
  • Support the demonstration and evaluation of Upper Endoscopy products within NHS and private hospitals.
  • Develop strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff and key hospital stakeholders.
  • Deliver product training and education to healthcare professionals.
  • Manage your regional territory effectively, ensuring excellent customer support.
  • Complete the structured TOPS development programme to progress into a Product Specialist role.
  • Work closely with the wider commercial team to support business growth.

Person Specification

  • 1-2 years' experience within medical devices or technical sales.
  • A Biomedical Science degree is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident presenting and supporting products in a clinical environment.
  • Self-motivated with a genuine desire to develop a long-term career within medical device sales.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Willing to travel daily across Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex.
