Shipley College is seeking a passionate Teacher to deliver across our Health and Science provision, with a strong focus on Chemistry/Biology and Biomedical Science. As a lecturer at Shipley, you will handle all aspects of teaching, including resource preparation, dynamic classroom delivery, marking, and assessment. You’ll join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality, industry-relevant qualifications that offer the best possible preparation for university or career progression.

Your real-world experience and subject expertise will bring complex biological concepts to life. Combined with a person-centred approach, you’ll ensure every student receives the individual support required to reach their full potential.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A relevant degree
• A Professional teaching qualification (see person specification) and/or significant industry experience in a relevant vocational area
• Relevant successful teaching/training experience in science-related subjects
