Roles of this type support the delivery of clinical programmes and projects that could impact patient outcomes and service quality across the UK.These positions typically sit within collaborative healthcare teams, partnering across clinical, operational and administrative functions to keep programmes moving forward. The work could involve coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines and deliverables, and supporting the successful execution of clinical initiatives from planning through to implementation.What you would doTypical responsibilities could include:
- Coordinating clinical project delivery, from initiation through to closure
- Supporting the development and maintenance of project timelines and milestones
- Liaising with clinical teams, operations and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Managing project documentation, reporting and communication
- Supporting risk and issue management throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinating resources and timelines across multiple workstreams
- Facilitating meetings and keeping stakeholders informed of progress
- Experience in project delivery or programme coordination, ideally within a healthcare or clinical environment
- Understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows or NHS systems
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Experience with Agile, delivery coordination or similar frameworks is advantageous
