Knowledge of ADP-ribosylation related enzymes and how they can be expressed and charterised is essential. Moreover, the project involves extraction and charaterisation of proteins from Aspergillus fumigatus (IP/Co-IP) and requiers expertise in Aspergillus fumigatus culture and maintance.
