Lecturer - Access to HE (Science)

Hours: 14 hours a week (0.4 FTE) full year post, Permanent

Salary: £28,292 - £39,736 per annum FTE (Actual salary £11,316 to - £15,894 per annum)

Shipley College is seeking a passionate Teacher to deliver across our Access to HE Science route, with a strong focus on Chemistry/Biology and Biomedical Science. If you have a background in biomedical science and a drive to shape the future of healthcare, this is your opportunity to empower adults and young people stepping toward careers in Health Professions, Nursing, and Midwifery.

As a lecturer at Shipley, you will handle all aspects of teaching, including resource preparation, dynamic classroom delivery, marking, and assessment.   • A relevant degree
  • A Professional teaching qualification (see person specification) and/or significant industry experience in a relevant vocational area
  • Relevant successful teaching/training experience in science-related subjects
