Hours: 14 hours a week (0.4 FTE) full year post, Permanent

Salary: £28,292 - £39,736 per annum FTE (Actual salary £11,316 to - £15,894 per annum)

Shipley College is seeking a passionate Teacher to deliver across our Access to HE Science route, with a strong focus on Chemistry/Biology and Biomedical Science. As a lecturer at Shipley, you will handle all aspects of teaching, including resource preparation, dynamic classroom delivery, marking, and assessment. Your real-world experience and subject expertise will bring complex biological concepts to life. Combined with a person-centred approach, you’ll ensure every student receives the individual support required to reach their full potential.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A relevant degree
• A Professional teaching qualification (see person specification) and/or significant industry experience in a relevant vocational area
• Relevant successful teaching/training experience in science-related subjects
