Full job description
Term: 12 months
Lancaster Medical School – 1.00 fte
Biomedical and Life Sciences – 0.40 fte (14.5 hours)
The Faculty of Health and Medicine is seeking to appoint positive, proactive, and self-motivated Divisional Coordinators with excellent communication and organisational skills. These are key roles within the Professional Services and Operations teams, providing high-level support to Heads of Division and Senior Teams.
These positions are based at the Health Innovation One building (LMS) and the main University campus (BLS), offering an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic higher education environment. The roles are varied and fast-paced, requiring strong administrative and organisational capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. They would suit motivated team players who can work effectively under pressure and contribute to a collaborative working environment.
The Faculty is committed to supporting the individual needs of its staff and promoting a healthy work–life balance through family-friendly and flexible working policies. We are also proud to support the Athena SWAN Charter and its principles of advancing gender equality in higher education and research.
