Full job description

Medicine is a fast growing brand yet we retain the core values of being an independent business, with a passion for artisan bakery goods , creating fresh innovative dishes in unique venues across Birmingham.

To apply for this position you should be a professional barista with GREAT customer service, bar and strong barista skills. Have a dynamic work ethic , positive energy and a warm and caring personality. We require a min of two years of barista experience and references from a previous employers will also be needed.

Listed below is a sample of the role requirements:

  • Support your team through busy service
  • Look after all customers - generating great coffees.
  • You should have previous barista/foh experience in a fast paced environment .
  • You will need to be a problem solver and proactive as the business owners work across all sites - initiative is essential!
