Full job description
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Fundraising Development Manager to lead and grow our fundraising portfolio, securing vital income through trusts and foundations, individual giving, membership and patron schemes, corporate partnerships, campaigns and donations. Working as part of a dedicated two-person fundraising team alongside the Director of Fundraising, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our fundraising strategy, building strong relationships with supporters and funders, and developing compelling cases for support.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines hands-on fundraising with strategic planning and relationship management. You will develop and manage fundraising pipelines, create compelling cases for support, identify and secure new funding opportunities, and steward relationships with funders, donors and partners. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will help translate organisational priorities into deliverable fundraising plans, ensuring activity is well-planned, insight-led and operationally robust.
The successful candidate will bring strong fundraising expertise, excellent relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to income generation. In return, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact, helping to build financial resilience, support ambitious artistic programmes and contribute to the long-term success and sustainability of the organisation.
