We have an exciting new vacancy for a Leisure attendant to join our team at one of the largest hotels in the Britannia chain, Norbreck Castle Hotel & Spa Blackpool. With 487 rooms, Norbreck Castle is located on the quieter side of the promenade, near charming villages like Bispham and Thornton-Cleveleys. The hotel is easily accessible by public transportation from Blackpool.

Duties include:

• Providing excellent customer service to our members and hotel guests, sharing your knowledge of the club and being their first point of call for any queries.
• Using our inhouse software, signing new members, taking bookings for classes and handling payments.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the leisure area, including the poolside, changing rooms, and gym.
• Conducting water quality testing to ensure health and safety standards are met.

Please Note: This is a part time role with evenings and weekends shifts available depending on the business

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role with valid pool responder or lifeguard training. This role offers part time hours including early mornings, day and evening shifts including weekends.
