Full job description

We’re looking for a creative, ambitious Social Media Manager to join our fast-growing eCommerce business.

We sell premium pizza ovens and frozen dough balls to customers across the UK, and we’re on an exciting journey. We’ve grown to £2 million in annual turnover, with a clear ambition to reach £10 million within the next three years. Social media will play a huge role in getting us there.

If you’re passionate about creating engaging content, love food, and know how to build communities that drive sales, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

This is an opportunity to take ownership of our entire social media presence. You’ll have the freedom to bring your ideas to life while working closely with our directors and creative team to build one of the most exciting brands in our industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute our social media strategy across all major platforms.

* Build our TikTok presence from scratch, growing it into a key sales and brand awareness channel.

* Plan, create and publish engaging content daily across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

* Manage the entire content process—from idea generation and planning to filming, editing and posting.

* Collaborate with our in-house videographers and editors to produce high-quality content.

* Manage and grow our affiliate and influencer programme, building relationships with creators who align with our brand.

* Monitor performance, analyse results and optimise content based on insights.

* Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh, creative ideas that help us stand out.

About You

* Proven experience managing social media for a brand or eCommerce business.

* Experience running successful affiliate or influencer marketing programmes.

* A genuine passion for food, cooking or outdoor living.

* Confident creating content, with experience filming and editing for social media.

* Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and emerging social platforms.

* Highly creative with excellent communication skills.

* Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working remotely.

* Commercially minded and excited by helping grow a fast-scaling business.

What We Offer

* Salary of £35,000–£45,000, depending on experience.

* 28 days paid holiday.

* Fully remote working, with our head office based in Manchester.

* Full ownership of our social media strategy and content.

* Support from our directors, who are passionate about growing the brand.

* Access to in-house videographers and editors to help execute your ideas.

* A fast-moving, ambitious environment where your work will have a genuine impact.

* The opportunity to help scale a business from £2 million to £10 million in revenue over the next three years.

If you’re passionate about social media, love creating engaging content, and want to play a key role in the growth of an ambitious eCommerce brand, we’d love to hear from you.
