Job Overview

PROPERTY PHOTOGRAPHER & VIDEOGRAPHER

East Sussex | Flexible Hours | Employed, Freelance or Contractor

I'm looking for a talented and creative Property Photographer & Videographer to work alongside me and become an important part of my growing property brand.

This is much more than simply photographing houses.

I'm looking for someone who understands how great visual content can tell the story of a home and help build a recognisable personal brand – from beautiful property photography and cinematic home tours to presenter-led videos, reels and behind-the-scenes social content.

The role will include:

  • Professional property photography
  • Property videography and home tours
  • Presenter-led property videos
  • Reels and short-form social media content
  • Lifestyle and behind-the-scenes brand content
  • Photography and video editing
  • Working with me creatively on new ideas and content
  • Helping develop a consistent, premium visual style across the brand

Who I'm looking for

Experience in property photography or videography would be ideal, but it's not essential if you have a strong portfolio, a great eye for detail and the creativity to understand how homes should be presented.

You'll need to be confident with photography, video and editing, as well as comfortable working with people. I'm looking for someone personable, reliable and creative who genuinely wants to become involved in what we're building.

The position

I'm very open-minded about how this role is structured.

It could be:

  • An employed position
  • Part-time with flexible hours
  • Self-employed/freelance
  • Contractor basis

For the right person, I'd be very happy to discuss employment and the opportunity for the role to grow as the business expands.

Property appointments will naturally vary from week to week, so some flexibility will be important, but equally I'm happy to build the role around the right person.
