Full-Time Senior Baker – Lever & Bloom Coffee

Locations: Shaftesbury Avenue & Marchmont Street
Salary: from £16 per hour (higher for the right candidate)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Lever & Bloom Coffee is a London speciality coffee and bakery brand known for our hand-pulled espresso drinks and freshly baked Swedish-style buns—cinnamon, cardamom, babka and more. We’re expanding and looking for a skilled baker to join our small, friendly team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced – strong background in artisan bread or pastry (Swedish-style buns a plus!)
  • Friendly & collaborative – enjoys working in a small, supportive team
  • Proactive & organised – keeps production smooth and consistent
  • Passionate about craft baking – from mixing to finishing touches

  • Starting pay: £16 per hour, with potential for a raise for the right candidate
