Care Assistant – Get Paid for Every Minute You Work

At Bluebird Care Epsom, Kingston and Sutton, we do care differently. We pay for every single minute you work - including travel - because your time is valuable and your impact is huge.

What you’ll get:

  • £14.10/hr weekdays | £15.10/hr weekends | £28.20/hr bank holidays
  • Paid travel time (£12.71/hr) + 39p/mile mileage
  • Flexible contracts (At least 16hrs a week) - full or part time
  • 12-week mentor program & Annual update paid training
  • Paid Care Certificate on completion.
  • Paid staff meetings

Your role:
Support people in their own homes - helping with personal care, meals, medication, companionship & trips out. Make every day safer, happier, and more independent for someone who needs you.

What we need:

  • Full UK driving licence + car (business insured)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Local to Epsom, Kingston and Sutton & happy to work alternate weekends
