At Bluestones Medical Complex Care, we support children and young people with complex needs to grow into confident, independent adults. Our pioneering SEED Care Model sits at the heart of everything we do, and we never stand still: our care practices and therapies keep evolving so every young person gets support built around them.

We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead 11 of our residential children's homes.

You'll be the senior leader across the region, overseeing operations, staffing and outcomes in every home. You'll make sure our services meet every regulatory requirement, while driving real, continuous improvement in the quality of care our young people receive. This is a role with genuine influence, where your leadership will be felt in 11 homes and in the lives of the children who live in them.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the development and consistent delivery of our therapeutic SEED Care Model across the region
• Overseeing recruitment, training, coaching and performance of the teams in each home
• Tracking the measures that matter, including child wellbeing outcomes, staff retention and family engagement, and putting clear action plans in place where needed
• Working closely with our internatl teams so every child receives the right therapeutic interventions and support
• Embedding our Three P's (Policies, Processes and Protocols) so every team member knows and understands them
• Building strong relationships with social workers, youth justice professionals and community partners to coordinate care and advocate for our young people
• Managing the operational and financial performance of the homes, including setting and overseeing annual budgets
• Representing Bluestones at community events, professional associations and sector forums, championing the SEED Care Model and our mission

What you'll bring

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
• At least 5 years' leadership experience in a residential children's home or similar setting
• A proven track record of building, managing and developing high-performing teams
• Sharp problem-solving skills and confident decision-making in a fast-moving, complex environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Confidence using data and technology to manage services and report on performance
