Ofsted Registered Home Manager

£50,000 - £60,000 p/a + benefits package

Flexible working pattern to cover a 40 hour contract

£1,000 referral scheme

As a Registered Children’s Home Manager with a Level 3 qualification, your primary responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day operations and overall management of two young people’s homes. You will ensure that the houses provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for a young person.

By joining our team, you’ll provide outstanding care while developing professional skills that will be rewarded and valued with a generous commission scheme based on the young person’s progression, ongoing training, and development via accredited qualifications (up to Level 7).

Ofsted Qualifications and Skills:

· Hold a Level 3 or above NVQ in Health and Social Care and can prove or want to work towards a Level 5 Leadership and Management of Adults and/or Children.

· Have 12 months of experience working in a residential childcare setting, with a proven track record in a managerial or supervisory role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
