Ofsted Registered Home Manager

£50,000 - £70,000 p/a + bonuses

Salary dependant on experience and qualifications

Flexible working hours to cover a 40 hour contract

As a Registered Children’s Home Manager with a Level 5 qualification, your primary responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day operations and overall management of either one or two solo placmeent homes (depending on experience). You will ensure that the houses provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for a young person.

By joining our team, you’ll provide outstanding care while developing professional skills that will be rewarded and valued with a commission scheme based on the young person’s progression, ongoing training, and development via accredited qualifications (up to Level 7).

Ofsted Qualifications and Skills:

· Hold a Level 5 Leadership and Management of Adults and/or Children.

· Have 24 months of experience working in a residential childcare setting, with a proven track record in a managerial or supervisory role.
