This isn't a boiler-room sales job - you'll focus on strategic outreach, working closely with marketing and building a pipeline from scratch. What's on offer:
£25,000 basic, £38,000+ OTE Year One

Full training via Prime's Sales Academy, plus ongoing coaching
SDR to BDM in 12-18 months, with a path to leadership

What you'll be doing:
Research and personalise outreach to the right prospects
Target meaningful conversations daily, not just call volume
Attend events - split between the stand and industry talks
Run product demos as your knowledge grows
Manage your own pipeline and performance metrics
Hit monthly targets that drive your progression
