BMS Sales Engineer

£50,000 to £60,000 + Package

Watford

Are you an experienced BMS Sales Engineer looking to join a successful, well-known company with an outstanding reputation in the BMS and building automation industry? This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a market-leading business specialising in BMS design, installation, and energy-efficient control solutions. Based in Watford, you’ll be part of a forward-thinking team delivering BMS projects and upgrades across London and the South East, helping clients achieve smarter, more sustainable buildings.

The Role

As a key member of the sales team, you’ll:

  • Develop new and existing client relationships within commercial, industrial, and public-sector markets.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders for BMS installation, upgrade, and energy optimisation projects.
  • Work closely with design, projects, and commissioning teams to deliver fully integrated BMS solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for BMS enhancements, smart controls, and system integration.
  • Represent the company at meetings and trade events, promoting technical excellence and customer value.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in BMS / HVAC Controls sales, estimating, or project engineering.
  • Strong technical understanding of systems such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or Schneider.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on delivering results.
  • Full UK driving licence.

The Package

  • Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE)
  • Bonus / Commission Scheme

  • Based in Watford, covering London & the South East

Job Type: Full-time
