DPA Sports Travel specialises in providing accommodation and extensive destination management services on a worldwide B2B basis. The company focuses on major international sports events, such as the FIFA World Cup, Euro Championships, Olympic Games & Formula 1..

The Role

Assisting a small, enthusiastic team with all aspects of the business. Below are some of the main duties:

  • Handling Phone calls & email queries
  • Confirming rooms + service coming in from our online booking system
  • Liaising with hotels and clients regarding their bookings
  • Taking & making reservations that fall outside the website including group bookings (hotels, restaurant, transport & guides)
  • Building databases & presentations together using Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Invoicing clients and hotels
  • Administrative support for major events

The successful applicant will have the following qualities; –
