Overview:
We are currently seeking an organised and detail-oriented Account Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and supporting the accounting department.

Duties:
- Process accounts payable and receivable using accounting software Xero
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, budgets, and bank reconciliations
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports
- Handle general administrative tasks related to the accounting department
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial transactions
- Support the team with ad-hoc accounting projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Clerk or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software Xero
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
