The Position available is for an Accounts executive.
The roll will involve the keeping the company accounts up to date which will include
Account Reconciliations
Preparing and processing Payroll
General Bookkeeping
Completion of Tax & Vat Returns
Issuing Customer Statements
Invoicing Clients
Creating Management Accounts
Creating and maintaining Cashflow reports
Preparing and taking of cheques / cash to the bank
Managing and dealing with customer payments
Setting up new supplier and customer accounts including obtain credit reference agency reports Reconcile supplier statements
Reconciliation of Accounts/ Bank Statements
Petty Cash Account
