Person:The successful candidate will have experience of Microsoft Office, Outlook and QuickBooks to at least AAT level 3. In addition to having a proactive approach to their role. Strong administrative and organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative is essential.
Responsibilities
Provide Administrative support to the Managing Director.
Manage the day-to-day office routines, including book-keeping, BAC’s Payments and ordering supplies.
Main contact for office, via telephone and in person.
